Hello,
I was suppose to travel from Chennai to Pune on **th May **** with go air flight at * pm, but i was running late and i booked one more ticket for the same travel for **:** pm with indigo flight...
My go-air flight got delayed and I could catch it.. but when i called up goibibo customer care they did not help me to cancel it.. and now they refuge to refund me anything and claim that it will be considered as "No Show" case for the airline.
My concern this we pay decent brokering charges to goibibo but they take the money but dont help people to resolve their issue .. my ticket was partially refundable and i would like my amount to be refunded.
