I have booked a flight (*W**) on the **/**/**** on Goibibo from Delhi to Bangkok and back.
Jet Airways canceled their flights therefore a refund must be given by Goibibo to its costumers as in per the booking terms. On the website it is mentioned that it is getting refunded:
"We have refunded applicable amount to your payment provider. It normally takes *-** working days for the amount to reflect in your account." with the message "Dear Customer, Your refund is still under process. We request you to wait for *-* working days more and we will update you with the status shortly." for almost half an year.
A complete disrespect in the costumer and the intelligence of us costumers.
No refund was given and I'm sure there are more people like me - in any case I am ready to file a class action lawsuit so please email me and the more support we will have the bigger the impact would be.
