Done * cab bookings with Goibibo, one cab arrived on time. The other one was not traceable, I received driver and vendor details. On calling driver and vendor, vendor denied & driver did not pick up. Goibibo failed to provide any solution thro emails, calls & Twitter within time. Wasted my *hrs. I had * minor kids & * senior citizen with me who had to suffer a lot due to their negligence. More than money I want to get them punished for their poor service, negligency & lack of customer satisfaction.
