I bought a ticket from UK to Canada on a flexi pass with an option to reschedule the ticket. I wanted to reschedule the ticket * days before my travel but Goibibo didn't honor my request even though I paid more for the flexi pass. I was in calls with Goibibo for ** hours over a period of * days but even after multiple requests they weren't able to make the reschedule. It was purely because of inefficiency between Goibibo and AirTransat (the airline) the ticket ended being a no show. I was promised a refund of the ticket by the Goibibo customer support but it's been more * months now and I haven't got any update regarding this even after many followups and escalations.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
