On my account Goibibo shows that the flight booking were cancelled in *th Feb automatically by the airlines and that said total amount has been processed to my card on * Feb **** and expected time for refund was ** Feb. However, my card company has confirmed that they have not received this amount.
Only one of their phone nums works and gives info about the trip cancellation and refund processed.
Their contact us page takes me to 'Manage your bookings which gives no options' to interact with them or same with their email communication.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
