I had booked a Hotel for my trip in May'****. However, due to COVID, I had to cancel my trip. Post cancellation the amount of **,*** was credited to my GoCash account. Post that I have been trying to get my refund to my bank account for the last one month but Goibibo has been exploiting me by saying that amount will be transferred in * days. Howeever, clearly that has not happened and it is stressful to continuously followup with them. For the last day or two, they have stopped ansering my calls too. I even escalated the issue to the Floor Manager, but there has been no outcome yet.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
