I booked ticket for * person on *st march from Chennai-Kolkata ( PNR-EPI*HE). On **th march i received message from the airline(Indigo) about flight reschedule due to some issue with an option of cancellation of ticket for Zero charges. I cancelled my tickets and got the confirmed cancellation and revised Itinerary from Indigo. It was the time when there was no Lockdown imposed.Since then i am waiting to get the refund but didn't receive it. Contacted Goibibo many times but they are not responding properly. Whereas Indigo have confirmed that they have refunded the money to Goibibo.
