*) I was not able to take my return flight on **th Mar'** from Toronto to Bombay due to flights getting cancelled .The return flight ticket was refused to be refunded and was told I could reuse the ticket to to rebook the flight.
*) I used the pending amount to book a new roundtrip flight from Toronto-BOM on the **th Mar'**. I hade to pay the fare difference which was **,***/- and post paying the fare difference, there would be an assessment about the refund post adjustment. The amount of Rs. **,***/-
This refund was meant to sent back to the me by feb'****. It's not end of March and GoIbibo tried to issue a refund to a card which doesn't exist and have been delaying their refund process for over a month now. Along-with attempting the same process for the third time.
