I made a flight booking on **th Feb from Delhi to Bangalore but for some reason the booking failed, and I was told that ***% amount would be refunded as the Book. After ** days, they refunded the amount in goibio wallet, which was not the original payment source. I paid using rupay credit card via phonepe UPI. They asked me to initiate the wallet to original payment source transfer.
Now it's been more than a month and I've not yet received the amount in my credit card yet. I've been following up with them and they're continuosly lying and repeating the same thing that we're working on this. They asked me for alternative bank account details which I sent them * weeks back but yet no response. They said they'll manually process the refund but still they've not. They're clearly continuously lying. When I ask them to give any acknowledgement receipt of neft payment made to my bank so that I could validate with bank, they just say that's not allowed. Making excuses. I need help. The amount was ****/-.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
