I am writing to report an issue regarding a failed flight booking through Goibibo mobile application. During the booking process, I successfully completed the payment, and the amount has been deducted from my bank account. However, I have not received any confirmation for my booking, and the trip details are not appearing in my account.
Here are the details of my attempted booking:

I have tried reaching out to your support team multiple times but have been unsuccessful. This has caused a great deal of inconvenience as I urgently need the booking confirmation or a refund of the deducted amount.
Please treat this matter as urgent and advise me on the next steps. If possible, I would appreciate it if you could expedite the booking or initiate the refund process.
