I booked return flight ticket from Mumbai to Kolkata for **/*/**** through Goibibo website. Later on Jet Airways went bankrupt and so I went to Goibibo website and cancelled my tickets. I was assured by Goibibo customer agent that full refund would be issued on my credit card used to purchase the ticket in due course of time. I kept following up with them and they kept repeating the same thing and also mentioned they have filed a case against Jet Airways and as soon as they get money from them they will refund to me. I have been cheated as I have lost my hard earned money for no fault of mine.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
