I booked * tickets from Bangalore to Atlanta using Goibibo.com which showed Alitalia as the airline. At the time of booking it was NOT showing multi airline but when I got the tickets it has domestic separate from the international. There are two issues with it. One, domestic flight (Indigo in this case) would not allow * check-in baggage items for passengers and two the Goibibo itinerary showed *hrs ** minutes as layover at Mumbai which will not be enough if the BLR to BOM is domestic as I will have to collect the luggage and re check-in to US that too in a different Airport. I spoke to few people at Goibibo around this with no resolution (One of them was Mr.Anuj, a manager at Goibibo). I would like to get a ticket from Indigo for the previous flight (to get enough time) or taken care of my Check-in all the way to Atlanta from BLR.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
