I booked flight tickets from Chennai to Cochin and return today through the Goibibo app. The total fare was shown as Rs **** approx while the payment was made for ****. It said the price has increased so I went back to check again and yet again selected the same flights and it still showed ****. It may have been a technical glitch. Request you to kindly help me with the matter. I have spent the last * hours trying to reach the Goibibo team overcall but its all automated. No way to reach the customer executives. I do not think it's fair to have paid a higher price cause of a glitch.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
