I had done booking through goibibio in Mahabalipuram on **nd Aug **** for *th Sep **** in the hotel: capital O *
**** Sea Breeze resort. I got the e-ticket and confirmation mail and I paid for that property also. In last-minute, they are telling me that the chosen property is sold out and I should either choose another property or cancel the booking. I called Oyo for help but they also told me the same. When I asked them how prior confirmed booking can be sold out they gave me another reason that they had some technical issues due to which the hotel is confirmed. Yesterday only at *.** pm I got another confirmation message in WhatsApp from goibibio. These websites are doing fraud and how a confirmed booking can be sold out after ** days of booking and goibibio could get the technical issues to realise after ** days of booking and just before one day of check-in? They suggested me another property whose reviews are not good enough but definitely matches my earlier booked property price and that to **Km away from present hotel for which they didn't even call me back. I also asked them whether the later suggested property would be safe or not because we two ladies will reach there by *.** to *pm..but they had no answer. I need justice. Is it ok to shift your customer as per your requirement who has already done the booking ** days before and paid the entire amount? I do want to cancel or any refund. I want the wrong to be punished.
