GOFIRST AIRLINES - GoFirst not refunding money for flight that they cancelled

This is regarding GoFirst flight cancellation that they have been doing. It's been more than a month and they have not refunded my money yet. They do not even reply to any of the emails that I have been writing to them even after telling them that I will be taking legal action against them. When I try to reach out to them via phone call, they refuse to give any information and simply say you have to wait.

How can someone just leave their day to day work and continuously keep on following with them. Even when I did, they are not sharing any ETA or any info. I am completely frustrated, this has been hampering my work, I am unable to concentrate and focus completely. I have no other option left and hence filing the complaint here.
