Goetc Private Limited - GOETC committed fraud

GOETC is committing rampant online fraud by taking advance payment for * months and more in the name of daily car cleaning services and not providing any services. They took money from me on ** October, **** with the promise to start service on * November. Later they gave a new date of ** November, **** but again failed to start the service. Since then they have promised to refund the money multiple times but haven’t done so. I was checking their online review recently and found that they have committed fraud with many persons. They have a functional website, WhatsApp chat bot and mobile app to deceive gullible people. Many of the persons have reported the fraud to cyber crime cell but they haven’t taken any action on this fraud company.
