I am writing to formally complain about GOETC following my disappointing experience with their car cleaning services. I paid in advance for these services, but after initially receiving a start date, No one ever came for cleaning. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support for a complain or refund, No body responded to whatsapp chat or their customer support number, i've dropped multiple emails to them, have not received any resolution.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
