Ekram Khan filed complaint against Godrej on Jul 24, 2019
We have purchased Gordej fridge in **.**.****. Water leakage complaint has made several times, technician also came but unfortunately the problem still not fixed. Last month fridge was not cooking properly and technician come but after sometime same problem started. From last two days again it's is not cooking. We register a complaint to Godrej and it's technician are again coming to fix it.
We are fed up with the performance and the service. Our parents stay alone in Darbhanga and it is not possible for them to follow up and live with this problem.
We request you to please help us try to exchange this fridge with the new one considering my parents age.
