Godrej - GODREJ ELECTRONIC SAFE

I bought godrej safe from paytm mall and received it on *th March ****. When I opened outer packing, felt smell like when something kept in moisture for long period. I checked the label on inner box showing manufactured in ****. I tried to open safe by entering default password but nothing happened, looked for keys but couldn't find any.
I contacted paytm mall customer care and told them that the product I received is * years old with box smelly and appears it is used before and I want this product to be returned and my amount should be refunded. paytm mall replied the product can't be returned. Every day i keep on complaining them customer care register my complaint but doesn't do anything. Today is **th of March...nothing has happened..I am thinking now that I have lost my money of **** due to Paytm mall...I suggest everyone please don't buy anything from paytm mall...they are irresponsible persons they don't care of customers...they give old , defective products to customers and talk in favour of seller
