It is to inform you that My service request ******** for my AC(Godrej Cooling *.* Ton * Star Split Inverter Heavy Duty Cooling At Extreme Temperature AC - White) is not resolved yet after rigorous follow up. Also, Service Engineer has committed for only * days to resolve the issue. But it is about ** days completed issue is still pending. Additionally, I am following up with authorised dealer provided by customer care since * days still no reply received from your end.
So, I look forward to hear from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem and tentative time to resolve the issue.
