Go Air - GoAir not refunding the Cancelled flight

IBRAHIM C PARAMBATH filed complaint against Go Air on Jun 30, 2020

I reserved the ticket by online direct GoAir flight to travel on **-May-**** from Kuwait to Kannur (KWI-CNN). The Air line cancelled the flight and they are saying to uses again with in one year.
I send many emails to them to them informing that I will not be Air travel any more. but always they are replying that "will not be refund welcome on board.
If the customer doesn't want to travel any more what is the logic the saying welcome on board."
Two weeks ago they extended the date to Sep-**-**** with same PNR # R**J*J without knowing me. I would n't like to travel more . Please get an Action for Refund.
