Go Air - GoAir Flight 118 Cancelled by Airlines and Refund not provided

This is to bring to your notice that my Go Air flight G*-*** scheduled to fly from Bengaluru to Delhi on *th June ****, was cancelled by Airlines and was intimated to us ** hours before departure. There was no alternative travel option provided and neither the refund is initiated. PNR ref: R***MS.

We have tried contacting GoAir through media, twitter, email and phone but we could not get any response from them. Lately, we received a response from Airlines on email and they have refused to provide the refund. Instead they have rescheduled the cancelled flight for **th Sept ** without discussion and consent.

There was family emergency and we wanted to travel urgently and hence we were forced to make alternate travel arrangements which was highly inconvenient and expensive during last moment. We do not wish to travel again

We want the FULL REFUND of the money paid to Airlines including convenience fees, as flight was cancelled due to operational issues by Airlines and no alternative options to travel was provided to us in short notice.
