Tata Cliq App - giving damaged product and not accept my return or refund

hello sir/mam,
my name is Rohan I am working in a company, but due to lack of time,
I thought of buying earphones from your Tata Cliq website. Then I ordered, and *-* days later I got the parcel
then everything was fine then as I went to connect to the phone there was a side cut so I called and I received it like this!!
i pay full money **** for an item then why you send me this damaged product please give me a new one or return this parcel.
so they ask me to share photos of the received item and then i send all photos as they said on your WhatsApp number +** ***** *****
i also attached photos again with this mail and then after one day i contact them,but they tell me your claim was rejected!!
whyyy i don't understand. i give you full money then why you send the damaged product. please, sir/mam, understand my problem i am salaried person
i trust your website please don't break my trust and resolve my issue if you cant give me a refund give me replacement please
