NoBroker, A Company Providing Interior Design Services. The Purpose Of This Complaint Is To Bring To Your Attention The Numerous Issues I Have Encountered During My Engagement With NoBroker For An Interior Design Project.
Details Of The Complaint:
Delay In Project Initiation:
Despite Booking The Interior Design Project Three Months Ago, There Were Significant Delays In Project Initiation. The Design Requirements Were Finalized, And A Quotation Was Provided. However, The Actual Work Did Not Commence As Agreed, Causing Disruptions To The Entire Project Timeline.
Employee Accountability:
The Project Manager Assigned To My Project Made False Promises And Kept Important Communications Solely Verbal. This Led To Severe Setbacks In The Project, And The Manager Was Subsequently Removed From The Project. I Believe That I Should Not Bear The Consequences Of The Unprofessional Conduct Of NoBroker's Employees.
Unprofessional Conduct:
I Have Observed Instances Of Unprofessional Conduct From NoBroker Team Members, Including Suggestions To Vendors To Overlook Defects Caused By Incorrect Measurements Taken By NoBroker Employees. Such Behavior Is Unacceptable And Raises Concerns About The Company's Commitment To Delivering Quality Services.
Communication Discrepancies:
There Have Been Discrepancies In The Communication Regarding The Completion Status Of The Project. Despite My Concerns And Evidence Provided, NoBroker Has Not Adequately Addressed The Inconsistencies In The Reported Completion Percentages Versus The Actual Progress.
Advance Payment And Requested Resolution:
I Have Paid **% Of The Project Cost In Advance, And Given The Ongoing Issues, I Do Not Wish To Continue With The Full Project. My Request Is For NoBroker To Complete The **% Of The Work For Which I Have Already Made Payment. I Am Not Receiving Responses From NoBroker, And They Are Not Initiating The Project.
