recently purchased two items from GIVA and returned them due to financial constraints. On September **, ****, at * PM, I visited your Rohini Sector * store in New Delhi to process the return. Unfortunately, I encountered some difficulties with the store staff.
Store Manager Karan Kumar and Executive Mumtaaz initially misinformed me, telling me that the return period had expired and that a deduction would be made from the amount. They advised me to return the items at a later time. After returning home, I contacted customer care, who informed me that September ** was indeed the last day for returns. Based on this, I immediately went back to the store and informed the staff. Only then did they accept the return and initiate the process, assuring me that the refund would be credited to my bank account.
However, instead of receiving the refund in my bank account, the amount has been credited to the GIVA wallet. I urgently need the money and am facing frustration as my entire refund is stuck in the wallet. When I called the Rohini Sector * store for clarification, the staff again responded rudely, suggesting that I should have exercised "common sense" before making the purchase. Their behavior has been extremely unhelpful and unprofessional.
This experience has been deeply disappointing, and I would not recommend anyone visit the Rohini Sector * GIVA store due to this unpleasant treatment.
I kindly request your assistance in transferring the refund to my bank account as soon as possible. This situation has caused a great deal of frustration, and I hope for a swift resolution.
