I had a gift voucher of myntra which expired on **/**/**. I requested myntra to give few more days of extension because of all listed reasons below: -
*. There was a ** day lockdown when I could not use this voucher
*. All of my family members including me were covid positive and we had a very bad time. One of our family members expired due to covid(I have all relevant proofs). I was not in a right frame of mind to order fashion from Myntra.
I have been following up with myntra but have not got any response till now.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
