I ordered bouquet for my sister's anniversary on **th may **** ,delivery attempt not happened.we were at home only but they are saying unable to contact us,they could have knocked the door.Same day I called them they told will arrange for redelivery on the same Day but they didn't.Next day they are attempting the delivery,i refused to accept the gift and asked for refund or replacement with some other item,as the anniversary is over what am gng to do with flowers bouquet.But customer care abruptly cutting the call, deleting the chats and putting me on hold and cutting the call.Am here with heavy hearted for justice,please help.
