Zara - gift card not working

i bought zara gift card online under order id *********** on **th Aug , since then till now that gift card isnt working , the ID QR code , gift card number ************* doesnt work . i have been calling zara almost every second day and did chat also on chat support everytime i get to hear we have escalated and team will get back.
on **th sep i receive an email we tried connecting which i have not recieved any call from them and if i am calling back the support they simply have on answer we will get back .
my ****/- is gone and we are not able to utilise the card
they have pathetic customer service , no one respond and they have no escalation matrix also for people to reach. i need the refund or the gift card.
it was a bday gift for my niece and she s not able to use the same
