Shalmali filed complaint against Nykaa on May 13, 2021
Have been a regular customer with Nykaa for past many years. They goofed up big time with a gift card I ordered recently. While ordering the gift card, I provided the mobile number to which it was to be delivered. I even received a confirmation message saying that Nykaa have successfully delivered the gift card to that mobile. Have retained this message!
However, actually Nykaa did not send the gift card to the mentioned mobile number! On contacting their customer service email (support@nykaa.com), I received answer that they had actually sent the gift card to some other mobile number which I never heard of! It is mistake from Nykaa's end but they are not accepting it. On putting several emails (tickets) to customer support, I am just getting a generic reply that the mobile number cannot be updated now for the gift card.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
