I inadvertently made two payments of Rs ***.**(total amount of rs ***) each to the Zomato merchant, and both amounts were successfully debited from my account. Upon contacting Zomato's customer service, they informed me that the amounts would be automatically refunded. Despite following up with my Zomato, I have not received any refund.Please provide me refund. I tried raised chargeback request that also get cancelled by merchant bank saying that we had provide service for that.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
