Hello,
On the **th Feb **, i have placed the order about said product and it was delivered on **th Feb **. but due to faulty product i have raise ticket for replacement and post my mind changed i have raised request for refund and product has been picked up on **st feb ****. After that i have continually followup with flipkart for refund but they are not provided positive feedback on my request. Also i have uploaded the snapshot of SMS confirmation which was sent by flipkart and updated the contact details of pickuped person for their reference
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
