Swiggy - Get charged Rs.20 on executive delivery cancellation

I had ordered Veg thali of *** from Indiranagar Empire restaurant on sept **th and after waiting for continuous * hours the delivery boy says i got confused with the address which is a lie as it the most happening location, Old madras road, RMZ infinity. The executive never turned up and said i got confused with the address which is hilarious and the worst part is that he had ticked the option as Package delivered which was not. However, after my much struggle i got the returns of Rs. *** where as i paid Rs.***. Can anybody explain my fault here to get charged Rs.**?? or is it that Swiggy should give complimentary snacks or credits for making their customers go through such flaws.
