Gati Cargo Movers - Bike not delivered

I requested a bike transport from pune to Nagpur from GATI Transports. Bike has been picked up on * July from Pune and I was assured that it will be delivered by * July.
Now that I have contacted the local team. They are saying my bike is delivered in Jaipur. I was supposed to get the delivery in Nagpur but still no help from GATI's side.
I am not getting any help from Gati team even after multiple calls to their team.
Service was booked on carrier risk. So they are supposed to refund all the money incase of package loss.
