I have order a furniture combo from no broker with appliances name -fridge , washing machine ,sofa,table and water filter now the fridge is not working since oct the day I started.they changed ut thrice but I didn't get the working fridge yet .I had a call with customer care as with very casual behaviours they said we have to directly. Contect to gaureented which is no broker vendor I don't know what is this why should I contact and now they want to cancel my fridge subscription I don't what if service is like this please cancel my whole subscription not just fridge if you cant provide service .
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
