I had initiated a fund transfer via Gpay on *th February **** for a show at *:** PM at Zeenath theatre, Aluva, Ernakulam. For a long time it was shown to be processing. Since we had the show in an hour, we booked with an alternate account. We didn't,t receive any confirmation/mail/ticket for half an hour. Later after around ** min, the amount was deducted from my account which I overlooked as I was on my way to the show. I tried calling them as soon as i noticed. But, unfortunately they have not numbers.
Later, I sent them a mail pointing out the issue, but they deny any refund.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
