Air India - Full refund not received

I have booked direct air indis flight from Hyderabad to hubli and the journey time was *.** hrs. After few days i got message stating flight has been rescheduled. So i contacted airline and customer associate said that direct flight has been canceled and we have arranged in connecting flight and it will be from Hyderabad to mumbai and * hrs waiting there then mumbai to hubli. As it was not convineant for me i asked associate about full refund. And associate conformed that i will be getting full amount and i have asked them to cancel it. I asked * times to them that i will get gull amoint. After * days i received only * rupee as refund. Please help me in this.
