Cleartrip - Full refund not received

I booked a flight on *rd Oct to fly from Bangalore to Raipur on *th Oct ****. I cancelled my trip on *th Oct which is ** hours before flight departure time. This was a ezcancel ticket and I am eligible for full refund. I only received partial refund if rs. **** from Cleartrip and the remaining refund from the edelwisss insurance I have not received. Even after raising complaint many times with Cleartrip over customer care phone , the payment link to receive payment from insurance company is not sent . This is the * rd week after cancellation. Please get my refund back.
