I had booked a flight from Kolkata to silchar on * march in alliance air flight but the flight got cancelled by the airline but I did not received full refund

Goibibo deducted fees in name of convenience fees
Whereas it's mentioned in website that I shall get full refund
Kindly resolve the matter ASAP
