Naveenjot Sodhi filed complaint against Air India Express on Mar 30, 2024
I booked my (Delhi to Guwahati) flight ticket from www.ixigo.com on March *, **** at *:** p.m. I paid Rs. **** INR for the ticket, including the payment for seat.
Later, I realised that I have booked the flight for wrong date and cancelled it after approximately * hours.
I have received refund of only Rs. **** INR, even after cancelling the ticket within a period of ** hours. Moreover, the amount of paid seat has not been refunded back to me.
I’m in touch with ixigo staff and tried reaching the airline staff on March *, **** but could not reach you for first few days and could not find any resolution because the AI powered chatbot Tia was not able to understand my query and I was asked to ‘Start Over’ repetitively.
Please note that Air India Express has not shared any refund invoice with me.
I request the Airline to kindly consider refunding my full amount as a goodwill gesture as this was my first purchase with AirIndia Express and I cancelled the ticket within * hours period. Also, please refund the amount I paid to book the seat.
Also, I would like to know the legal complaint authority/court wherein such disputes are settled, along with the jurisdiction area.
And, kindly do share the refund invoice with me.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
