Airtel Digital Tv - Full package not delivered

I selected zee & sony pack and another alternate single channel after selection they give me ** hours to apply but it takes ** hours and also not given zee & sony pack and it gives only single channel which I selected during package , so I complain to customer care complaint no:- ******** he gave me ** hours to refresh their server after ** hours it gives sony & zee package but not given single channel which I selected during package so I complain once again complaint no:- ******** it gave ** hours but not yet solved so I now call customer care but they not respond what should I do.
