i had ordered * items from swiggy..i.was charged for all * but only * items were delivered..i checked with restaurant..they confirmed that one packet was.not collected by swiggy.. i requested swiggy several times for refund but they refuse to help by simply saying sorry...i.would like refund for.item not delivered...its unacceptable
