I had booked two tickets through goibibo costing Rs.******. The flight was scheduled to fly on **th March ****, however due to nationwide lock down the flight did not operate. Finally, after a long hassle with goibibo I received a refund initiation email on *th June **** but only for Rs.***** and that too in goibibo wallet. I confirmed with my airlines and they informed me that I am eligible for full refund, however goibibo is not releasing the full refund. I want the full amount back in my bank account.
