Indronil Sarkar filed complaint against Swiggy on Nov 30, 2024
Yesterday, I have order the sweet from swiggy. The delivery boy run away in front of me with my order, I have already made the payment of ₹ ****. And he cancelled the my order. And now they (swiggy) is not refunding the amount and nither deliverying the order.
Yesterday I have already mailled them regarding the same, they told me they will refund the amount and now on today they are saying they will not refund it nither they will reorder it.
I have also talked to the the Manoj Gupta (custom care of swiggy).
I have all the evidence regarding this issue.
