Shibly filed complaint against Travolook on Aug 13, 2021
I booked ticket Frm Lucknow to Delhi on **.*.**** for the date **.*.****. Afet ** minutes, they call and and mailed that your ticket is cancel due to some season. They are not telling the reason also. When I requested to book again because already paid R's ****., they told me our representative will contact you. I all * times after every * hour and the reply was same. Finally they call me and told the price increases by **** and you have to pay **** more. When I checked the price it was same as before. I told him to I don't want to book again and return back my money immediately. They cut the call. This is froud company.
