Samsung - Fridge Replacement

I am complaining against my fridge's base broken sheet.
I already raise this case on your customer care number, one excutive has also visited, he (Mr Akhilesh Jha) said, I provided the all details to quality team for further step, team i requested one with you i bought this product on emi , i can't waste my money on this i want replacement only, because in this all fault from distributer side , he did not show the fridge in front of us, neither at my shop, we will open the fridge next in evening, after that when will are filling the fridge then we saw fridge's base is broken.
