Samsung - free gift not delivered

sir,
i bought a samsung Qled tv **inch from nandilath g mart near judges avenue kaloor, on **/**/**** for rupees *****/-. i selected this particular tv only because of an offer they given for this model at the time of sale. The offer was a free gift of samsung soundbar along with the tv which cost around ***** rupees. The salesman told me i will receive the free gift only after two weeks from the date of purchase i agreed the deal.
But still today i did'nt receive this free gift they shown at the purchase,i contacted the store many times but nobody is giving a proper valid reply .
now i am fed up with the store people as i understood that they are not going to help me,they are blaming samsung for not delivering the gift.
now i feel cheated .
please help me get my free soundbar they offered during the sale.
