I booked hotel Relax Rainbow on Oyo app and paid *** rupees. When I reached hotel manager refuse to give room and was charging extra money. I called Oyo customer care he told me hotel owner and manger are not responding my call so plz change the hotel and location on behalf of paid amount. Customer care recommend to go for flagship green hotel. When I reached flagship green palace they also refuse to give room the manager again ask for extra money. I came back from hotel while coming some bad elements people stoped my car and sanche ***** from me and ***** of my relative. Next day i got call from Oyo care he told me you have check out hotel i told him to check cctv footage whether i stayed there or not. Ask for my identity proof from hotel.
They have not given hotel to stay and telling that i have stayed at hotel flagship green palace. I need justice from consumer forums.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
