I place the order, soon the order got confirmed and I made payment. I received an email saying the order is on hold due to covid restrictions. Whereas other websites are actively delivering orders. If the company is aware they won't be able to deliver an order to a specific pincode why to extort the money at first place ? Little did I know there were ample of people like me who got cheated by MR. Surendra Mandal. Not to mention their customer support no never answer to calls.
Now when am asking for refund, they are not initiating any ! my order no is BV******* .

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
