Saurebh Potnis filed complaint against Jio on Jul 31, 2025
This is with regards to the Jio Sim Cards which I had Ordered online from Jio's Website.
The assigned delivery agent from Jio came to home deliver the cards to my address. One of the * sim cards was registered and activated as an E-Sim, and it was activated on my mobile number. The Second sim card which was a physical Sim had activation problems and was taken back with him with a assurance that it will return back once it gets activated. The sim card got activated the same evening for which I got a confirmation sms. I requested the delivery agent to deliver the Sim Card back to me several times but every time he promised of coming the next day or in few days but it never happened. After * weeks of Follow up for the delivery of my Sim Card I finally got a call from Jio for non payment of the bill against a Sim Card which was active and also being used . The Delivery agent clearly neglected by requests until I had lodge complaints against Jio against this incidence .I had warned Jio on official email complaints that I do not want any communication from the delivery agent or he should now not come to by residence address . Inspite of this the person under the pressure of loosing his Job was sent by JIo to my residence for delivery of the Sim Card after over **Days. I have not accepted the Sim Card and have asked for ***% Refund and a Compensation for the Mental Agony and Harassment.
