Three months ago, I received a call from an unknown number claiming to be from Axis Bank customer care. The day prior, I had been researching how reward points work, so I assumed the call was legitimate. The caller informed me about converting reward points into vouchers, which interested me. He asked me to set the transaction limit to the maximum, which I did. Since my bank app was not working, he sent me a link, which I clicked. Later, I became suspicious as there was no logical connection between reward points and setting the transaction limit. I immediately cut the call.
After one month, I noticed a transaction of ₹*.* lakhs in my statement, which I did not authorize. Surprisingly, I did not receive any SMS notification or confirmation call from the bank at the time of this transaction, which raises concerns about the bank's two-factor authentication and transaction monitoring mechanisms. I promptly raised a complaint with Axis Bank and filed a report with the Cybercrime department. The bank blocked my card and took three months to investigate the matter. However, they have now rejected my dispute, claiming that they are not responsible as the transaction involved two-factor authentication.
The bank is asking me to pay this amount, which I did not authorize, and I am unable to afford it. I seek a resolution to this issue and request that the disputed.

Axis bank employee is not willing to hand over my cheque book. Their intention is to harras customers. My cheque book is already delivered to my branch but they are not providing the same.
Amount has been deducted while transections without any information's, and these deductions are still continuing. kindly resolve this asap. and please refund the deducted amount.
